DELIVERY AND RETURNS

DELIVERY

Once your have made a purchase using the secure payment gateway on our website, bestonlinerugs.com we will immediately set out the process of shipping your rug to you. 

If you reside in the United Arab Emirates shipment is free of charge. Within UAE, delivery will be on the day after purchase.

If you live outside the UAE, we will set up shipment using FedEx or DHL couriers.

Deliveries internationally will take approximately 3-5 Business Days. If the Logistics company take longer that that, we do not accept responsibility for the delay, however we will liaise with you and the delivery company at all times. A tracking number will be issued to you to track your delivery.

When ordering a Rug, please leave the address you want the rug delivered to. Failing to do this means that we can not deliver to you.

On the day of Delivery, You will be contacted on the telephone number that you register for delivery.

All Rugs are neatly folded/rolled and securely packaged depending on the size.

RETURNS

At Bestonlinerugs.com, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee if for some reason, you wish to return the rug to us. Please note that the rug must be returned in the packaging provided. The Rug will be inspected once it arrives at our business and it must be in the new and flawless condition that it left our store in. 

If for some un-foreseen reason the rug got damaged on it's way to you, we will give your a full refund or the choice of replacing the rug or buying a different rug.
